Rock Park offers facilities to keep
you active, knowledgeable and entertained anytime you visit
the park:
Our
recreation center offers numerous
activities for the community including cultural programs, school
district programs, preschool programs,
special events and much more.
If
you need some open space to swing a bat, kick or pass a ball
or just play, Slippery Rock Park has a place for you. The
park includes 3 playground areas,
baseball/softball fields and football/soccer fields.
Whether
you have a family reunion or just celebrating that special
occasion, the Park has the facilities to accommodate your
needs. There are 3 various size
rooms available to rent and 3
Pavilions with a charcoal grill, water and electricity.
Slippery
Rock Park is also the home of the local
Food Cupboard and
the Slippery Rock Library. The library is open Monday 9-2, Tuesday 9-2,
Thursday 2-7 & Saturday 10-3.
